What is a Thermal Instrument?

A thermal instrument is a core flooding device that is used to measure heat transfer through convection, primarily for geothermal applications. Heat transfer in the porous medium has various applications in the food industry, mechanical engineering, petroleum engineering, geothermal energy harvesting, etc.
